My passion for baking began as a child, learning the secrets of the kitchen from my mother. I still honor her by using her original measuring cups and spoons for every handcrafted batch. And two signature offerings are rooted in even deeper tradition—one is a timeless recipe from my great-grandmother, and the other is my creative, apple-inspired twist that reimagines her classic spices.

After developing my own gluten intolerance in 2016, I dedicated myself to perfecting recipes that never sacrifice flavor or texture for dietary needs. Today, Divine Swirl Bakery offers gourmet cupcakes, cupcobblers, and French mini cakes so decadent you’d never guess they are made entirely from gluten-free ingredients. (And many of our favorite offerings are vegan-friendly, too!)

Based in our Vail cottage kitchen, we serve the Tucson area with fresh, made-to-order quality. We offer convenient local pickup and delivery options to ensure your treats are always at their peak of flavor.
