All orders placed directly with Divine Swirl Bakery staff or via our secure website are subject to our Booking, Cancellation, and No-Show Policies below. By placing an order or securing a date, you agree to these terms:

At Divine Swirl Bakery, we pour meticulous care into every small-batch creation. Because your treats are baked-to-order using premium, thoughtfully sourced ingredients, we reserve a specific block of time in our kitchen just for you. The following policies help enable us to maintain our commitment to the exceptional quality, flavor, and texture that define every bite—whether you’re hosting a celebration or simply treating yourself to a moment of gourmet indulgence.

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility:

• 7+ Days Notice: Full refund or 100% "Sweet Credit" toward a future order.
• 3 to 6 Days Notice: 50% refund or 75% "Sweet Credit" toward a future order.
• Less than 72 Hours Notice: No refund or credit. At this stage, ingredients have been committed and the baking schedule is locked. 

Order Logistics:

• Payment:  To secure your baking slot, all standard orders are prepaid in full via our secure website. This allows us to officially reserve your time on our schedule and to begin sourcing the premium ingredients required for your order. For these reasons, we are unable to accept cash on delivery or "pay at pickup."  

We want to ensure your treats arrive in perfect condition! For both pickups and deliveries, we allow a 15-minute grace period past your scheduled time.

• No-Show Policy for Pickups & Deliveries: Because we bake everything fresh specifically for your time slot and cannot coordinate same-day return trips, any pickup or delivery orders not received within the 15-minute grace period will be donated to our local First Responders. No refunds or redeliveries are available for no-shows.
• Additional Note For Deliveries: Please ensure that gates are unlocked or that entry codes/instructions are provided. If we cannot access the property or reach you during your delivery window, we cannot leave the items unattended due to the fresh nature of our ingredients.

To ensure your celebration gets the dedicated focus it deserves, we require a 50% nonrefundable deposit for all event bookings. This secures your date on our calendar and allows us to begin sourcing the thoughtfully selected, premium ingredients for your specific menu. We look forward to being a part of your special day!

Cancellation & Refund Eligibility:

• 14+ Days Notice: The 50% deposit is non-refundable; however, any additional balance paid will be fully refunded.
• 7 to 13 Days Notice: The 50% deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the remaining balance may be issued as a "Sweet Credit" toward a future event.
• Less than 7 Days Notice: No refunds or credits are available, as specialty ingredients have been sourced and preparation is underway.

Order Logistics:

• Payment: The initial deposit and all subsequent payments toward your balance are made via secure digital invoice.
• Final Balance: Due 14 days prior to the event date.
• Guest Count Changes: We are happy to accommodate increases to your order up to 7 days before your event. Please note that decreases made after the final balance is paid (14 days prior) are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients and labor have already been allocated.
• Delivery & Setup: Delivery and setup fees for events are custom-quoted based on the venue location and the complexity of the setup. These will be clearly outlined in your personalized quote.

At Divine Swirl Bakery, we pour a lot of love and high-quality ingredients into every batch. Because we are a small-batch bakery and reserve specific blocks of time just for you, we require notice for cancellations as listed above. However, in the rare case of a genuine medical or family emergency, please contact us directly. While we cannot offer refunds for late-notice cancellations, we may—at our discretion—discuss 'Sweet Credit' options toward a future order.

To maintain the highest standards of food safety and to comply with applicable laws, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any food products once they have been delivered or picked up (by a customer, a customer’s representative, or a third-party delivery service). We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep our small-batch kitchen safe and sweet!
