At Divine Swirl Bakery, we believe the best gourmet creations come from a thoughtful mix of quality-focused ingredients. We take pride in our curated selection of premium ingredients, prioritizing organic items—including cage-free/pasture-raised eggs, vegetable oils, dairy whenever possible, and seasonal fruits—complemented by a collection of artisanal pantry staples, specialty essences, and pure extracts. From our favorite chocolate blends to our meticulously chosen spices and oils, each ingredient is selected to ensure that every bite of our Cupcakes, French Mini Cakes, and Cupcobblers is sheer indulgence.

Always committed to flavor and texture without compromise, our kitchen uses only gluten-free ingredients and offers a variety of thoughtfully crafted vegan options too.

Our freshly baked confections are perfect for client gifting, work meetings, family celebrations, and "just because." They are currently available for pre-arranged local pickup in Vail, and for pre-arranged delivery throughout Vail, Rita Ranch, Tucson, Sahuarita, and Green Valley. We do not offer shipping at this time.

A Note on Allergens: While we use strictly gluten-free ingredients and follow careful cross-contamination protocols, our confections are prepared in a home kitchen where prepackaged gluten snacks and other allergens are present. We encourage guests to use their best judgment based on their individual sensitivities.

To secure your order's baking slot, all orders are prepaid via our secure website or by digital invoice. This allows us to officially reserve your time on our schedule and to prepare for your specific order. Please note that we are unable to accept cash on delivery or "pay at pickup."

Lead Times:  Because we bake everything fresh-to-order and need time to source our premium ingredients, we ask for the following lead times:

• Standard Orders: 3-7 days notice. 

• Large Orders (4+ Dozen): 12-14 days notice.

• Weddings & Events: At least 30 days notice recommended.

Weekly Availability:  We respond to inquiries and prepare orders Monday through Friday, and Saturday until 2:00 p.m. Our kitchen is closed on Sundays to refresh for the week. Any online orders or messages received over the weekend will be personally attended to on Monday morning!

The Baker’s Note on Quantities: To ensure small-batch freshness, we use the following ordering guidelines:

• Limited Edition Flavors: Available in limited-time-only quantities of 6. (Look for any "Limited Edition" badges in our online store below!)
• Signature Cupcakes & French Mini Cakes: Sold in sets of 12 per flavor.
• Gourmet Cupcobblers: Sold in sets of 9 per flavor.

Pickup & Delivery: Select your favorites from our online store below. At checkout, you can choose local pickup or local delivery. (Please note: Our system uses the word "Shipping" to process local delivery orders.) Once your order is placed, please await a follow-up message from us to officially confirm your pickup or delivery slot.

Pro-Tip: Our confections freeze beautifully for up to 3 months in an airtight container — perfect for savoring your gourmet indulgence later!
